Associate Search Consultant
You’ll work directly with investors and leadership teams to hire CEOs, CFOs, and senior operators into high-growth businesses.
From day one, you’ll gain exposure to:

What you'll be doing
Working alongside senior team members on live searches and proactive projects, you will:
- Map leadership talent, markets, and target companies
- Research and engage high-calibre candidates through thoughtful, personalised outreach
- Support search strategy, client materials, and investor/CEO meetings
- Help deliver multiple searches, managing pipelines, candidate processes, and reporting
