This role is open to ambitious graduates or experienced Recruitment Consultants seeking a new role.
Base salary ranges from £27.5k - £40k depending on experience

The role
As a recruitment consultant, recruiting in the contract/ interim market your job is to move faster than your competition, win new business from organisations that are hiring, find the best candidates in the market for those roles and place them faster and better than your competition, whilst maintaining total quality of work and professionalism.

You will be part of one of the highest performing team in the business with covering a fast and interesting breadth of work across the UK, hiring for Digital, Transformation and Change. (This is any role that is linked to the digitalisation of the NHS which along has £10 billion of funding) The positions are al contract roles, meaning the work is very competitive and fast paced.
Tasks include:
- Business Development
- Identify NHS trusts/private providers with hiring need
- Pitch recruitment services and agree terms via cold calling and targeted BD outreach
- Win the work over your competition through
- Take role briefs
- Meet with hiring manager to define role and how to pitch it to candidates
- Clarify clinical/digital requirements, compliance needs to conduct effective searches
- Set timelines and process, gain client commitment to move fast
- Job Advert Creation
- Write advert with NHS/healthcare terminology
- Post to relevant platforms to ensure you capture good talent
- Candidate Sourcing
- Acting faster and better than the competition to secure the best candidates
- Search CV databases, LinkedIn, and internal pools, confident to reach out to candidate of all levels
- Engage passive candidates through headhunting and cold outreach
- Confident on the phone selling the role and handling objections
- Screening & Shortlisting
- Review applications for clinical/technical fit
- Pre-screen for skills, experience, right to work, and deeply understand candidate need
- Create shortlist for client review
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews with managers/clinical panels
- Prepare candidates for NHS interview format
- Collect and relay feedback
- Offer management, placement and candidate aftercare.

The Ideal Candidate
- Ambitious self-starter
- Not afraid to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Confident to cold call and handle objections and shut downs
- Persuasive and a good communicator
- Very organised and can juggle multiple high-pressure tasks at once
- People person, you can talk to anyone and build trust easily
- Motivated by the opportunity to earn good commission
- Experience in a corporate environment
- A ‘there is always more that can be done’ attitude
- Problem solver and logical thinker
- Good Stress management and work well under pressure and when taking feedback
- Seeking a career where you dictate your earning and progression in an interesting and challenging environment
Package:
- £27,500 -£40,000 base salary depending on prior experience
- Work from home Wednesdays
- Uncapped commission
- Unlimited annual leave
