Role Overview
As an Associate Consultant, you'll support NFI generation by sourcing, engaging, and managing high-calibre candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment or sales experience who is looking to build a long-term career in specialist recruitment. Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll gain exposure to live mandates from day one while developing the skills, market knowledge, and commercial confidence to progress into a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant.
What You'll Be Doing
- Market map and proactively engage high-calibre, hard-to-find talent.
- Build strong relationships with active and passive candidates.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from qualification through to offer stage.
- Deliver high-quality, well-matched shortlists to experienced consultants.
- Share market insight gathered through candidate conversations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow best practice recruitment processes.
- Participate in structured training and ongoing development.

- Recruitment or sales experience, with a commercial mindset and a genuine interest in building a career in specialist recruitment.
- Confident in building relationships and speaking with people from a range of backgrounds.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work at pace.
- Curious, resilient, and eager to develop specialist market knowledge.
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated by career progression and uncapped earning potential.
