The Opportunity
We are looking for a Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing London contracts team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with either limited recruitment or strong previous sales experience, who is looking to develop their career within specialist technical recruitment.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in a sales focussed, target driven environment, and they will be working alongside experienced consultants supporting key client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage high quality candidates through a variety of channels.
- Manage the full candidate journey from initial contact through to placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Qualify candidate skills, experience and career aspirations.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Work closely with senior consultants to deliver on live vacancies.
- Develop market knowledge within your specialist sector.

Requirements
- Previous sales experience, ideally within recruitment, sales, hospitality, or retail.
- Experience working with KPI's and targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and resilient approach.
- Ambition to develop a long-term career in recruitment.
