The Opportunity
We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our growing team as an Associate Recruitment Consultant. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in recruitment with structured training, mentorship, and clear progression.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through multiple channels
- Building relationships with candidates and understanding their career goals
- Supporting senior consultants on live vacancies and recruitment projects
- Managing candidate processes from initial conversation through to placement
- Learning business development and client management skills
- Keeping up to date with market trends and industry developments
- Working towards individual and team targets in a supportive environment

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, competitive, and target-driven mindset
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn
- Previous customer-facing, sales, hospitality, retail, or sporting background is advantageous
- Degree educated is beneficial but not essential
