Are you an ambitious Recruitment Consultant with around 1 year of experience and ready for your next challenge?
At InterEx Group, we're looking for driven and commercially minded Associate Recruitment Consultants to join our London HQ. As a global technology recruitment business specialising in Data, ERP, CRM, and Project Solutions, we provide industry-leading training, clear progression opportunities, and an environment where hard work is rewarded.
This is an opportunity to build on the foundations you've already developed in recruitment, take greater ownership of your market, and progress within a high-performance business experiencing significant global growth across the UK, Europe, and North America.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll continue developing your 360° recruitment skills, including:
- Building and developing strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Identifying and engaging top talent across specialist technology markets
- Developing new business and winning client partnerships
- Managing the full interview and offer process
- Negotiating contracts and placements
- Taking ownership of your specialist market and personal brand
- Building your pipeline and developing long-term client relationships
- Working towards clear performance, financial, and career progression goals

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with around 1 year of recruitment or sales experience who is ready to take the next step.
You'll be a great fit if you are:

Experience within technology recruitment is advantageous but not essential. We're open to speaking with high-performing consultants from different recruitment backgrounds.
