Are you an ambitious Recruitment Consultant with around 1 year of experience and ready for your next challenge?

At InterEx Group, we're looking for driven and commercially minded Associate Recruitment Consultants to join our London HQ. As a global technology recruitment business specialising in Data, ERP, CRM, and Project Solutions, we provide industry-leading training, clear progression opportunities, and an environment where hard work is rewarded.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll continue developing your 360° recruitment skills, including:

  • Building and developing strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Identifying and engaging top talent across specialist technology markets
  • Developing new business and winning client partnerships
  • Managing the full interview and offer process
  • Negotiating contracts and placements
  • Taking ownership of your specialist market and personal brand
  • Building your pipeline and developing long-term client relationships
  • Working towards clear performance, financial, and career progression goals

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with around 1 year of recruitment or sales experience who is ready to take the next step.

You'll be a great fit if you are:

Experience within technology recruitment is advantageous but not essential. We're open to speaking with high-performing consultants from different recruitment backgrounds.
