Simply Education are looking for a Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Lincoln team. This is a brilliant first step into a people-focused career - working within a supportive, experienced team that genuinely wants to see you succeed.
You don't need recruitment experience. You need drive, a positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working with people. We'll give you everything else.
What you'll be doing
- Speaking with and registering new education candidates
- Building relationships with teachers and support staff
- Advertising roles and proactively sourcing candidates
- Supporting schools with their staffing needs across Lincolnshire
- Learning the market from experienced consultants around you
- Progressing, in time, to managing your own clients and desk

What we're looking for
- A candidate with a positive, can-do attitude
- A confident communicator who genuinely enjoys working with people
- Someone motivated and resilient - recruitment is fast-paced and rewarding in equal measure
- Organised, determined and willing to put the work in
- A full UK driving licence, or currently learning to drive
