I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your career supporting somebody else’s desk.
The aim is to give you the tools to eventually build your own.
Why recruitment?
Recruitment can be an incredibly rewarding career for the right person.
- Your progression isn’t determined by how long you’ve been in the business.
- Your earning potential isn’t restricted to your basic salary.
- And you’re building something that becomes increasingly valuable over time — your network, reputation, and understanding of your market.
It’s challenging. There will be targets. You’ll hear “no” regularly and you’ll need to be comfortable picking yourself back up and going again.
But if you’re competitive, commercially minded, and enjoy working with people, it can give you a level of progression and earning potential that’s difficult to find in many traditional property roles.
Why us?
We’re a growing specialist recruitment business operating across Social Housing, Residential Property, and the wider Living sector.
We’re Building The Business With a Simple Idea
- Develop good recruiters.
- Give them genuine market expertise.
- Give them responsibility.
- And create an environment where ambitious people can build careers rather than simply hit targets.
You’ll work directly alongside experienced recruiters and learn recruitment properly — from candidate delivery through to business development, client management, and eventually running your own desk.
