That's what you'd be joining. You'd build a name in your market faster here than you would anywhere else, because you'd be working somewhere that already has one.
The team you're joining
Cubiq has been in robotics for the best part of a decade, since before most agencies had thrown their hat in the ring. It's a team that’s built on word of mouth referrals and strong delivery, and some of the strongest client relationships in the business come from genuine robotics pioneers.

Who we're looking for
A 360 consultant who wants to own a discipline.
- You've got proven 360 experience and a track record of billing
- You've handled both sides of a placement, client and candidate, end to end
- You've won new business yourself, and you're happy sharing accounts with the team
- You know your numbers and run your desk like it's your own business
- You're ready to specialise in one discipline for the long term and learn it in real depth

- Uncapped commission up to 50%, no threshold, so you earn on every pound you bill
