Associate Recruitment Consultant – Sales Experience
Location: London | Full Time | Office-Based

Have you built up to 4 years of sales experience and are looking for a career with greater earning potential, progression, and ownership?
At InterEx Group, we’re looking for ambitious sales professionals to join our growing London team and build a career in technology recruitment.
You don’t need recruitment or technology experience. What matters is that you know how to sell, build relationships, work towards targets, and deliver results.
What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment at InterEx is a highly commercial, 360° role where you’ll have the opportunity to build your own business.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing new business and winning clients
- Building long-term client and candidate relationships
- Prospecting and generating new opportunities
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality talent
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Negotiating and closing placements
- Building your own specialist market
- Growing your personal network and client base
- Working towards clear revenue and performance targets

What We're Looking For
We're interested in high-performing salespeople who are ready for their next challenge.
You could be a strong fit if you have experience in:
- B2B or B2C sales
- Business development
- Account management
- Field sales
- Telesales
- Real estate
- Car sales
- Hospitality or other target-driven environments
More importantly, you’ll be:
- Commercially driven and ambitious
- Competitive and motivated by targets
- Confident handling objections and closing deals
- Resilient and comfortable with rejection
- Motivated by commission and progression
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Hungry to build a long-term career
