Associate Recruitment Consultant (Salesforce)
Location: London – Office Based
Experience: 1+ years in Sales or Recruitment
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 + Uncapped Commission

With a growing international presence across the UK, Europe and North America, we’re looking for ambitious, commercially minded people to join our Salesforce recruitment team in London.
You don’t need previous technology recruitment experience. What matters most is your attitude, competitiveness, resilience and coachability.
The Role
As a Salesforce Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work within a specialist team focused on the Salesforce market, building relationships with both candidates and clients and developing your own desk.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing new business and building relationships with clients
- Speaking with senior stakeholders and understanding their hiring needs
- Identifying, interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate network within the Salesforce market
- Using sales and business development techniques to win new opportunities
- Working towards individual and team targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Becoming a specialist in the Salesforce recruitment market

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with 1+ years of sales or recruitment experience who wants to build a long-term career in a high-performance environment.
You could come from:
- Recruitment / 360 recruitment
- B2B or B2C sales
- Business development
- Account management
- SaaS / technology sales
- Telesales
- Commercial sales
- Another target-driven environment
You don't need technology or Salesforce experience – we'll teach you the market.
