🚀 Associate Recruitment Consultant – SAP | London
Sales experience? Ready to build a career in SAP recruitment?
We’re growing our SAP team at InterEx Group and looking for ambitious, commercially minded people to join us as Associate Recruitment Consultants.
If you have 1–4 years of sales, business development, account management, or recruitment experience, this is an opportunity to take your career to the next level.
💼 What you’ll be doing:
- Build and develop relationships with SAP clients and professionals
- Generate new business and identify commercial opportunities
- Source, headhunt, and qualify SAP talent
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process
- Negotiate deals and close business
- Build your own market, network, and client portfolio
- Work towards clear targets with uncapped earning potential
