Associate Recruitment Consultant – US & UK Legal Markets

My client specialises in placing legal professionals into leading law firms across both the UK and US markets. Operating at the premium end of the legal sector, they work with some of the most respected firms globally and have built a reputation for delivering exceptional talent solutions.

The Opportunity
You'll join an established Legal recruitment team focused on placing Solicitors and Attorneys into leading law firms across the UK and United States.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and engaging high-calibre legal professionals
- Building relationships with Solicitors, Attorneys and law firm partners
- Developing new business opportunities across UK or US markets
- Managing recruitment processes from initial engagement through to placement
- Conducting market mapping and talent intelligence projects
- Advising clients on hiring strategy and market conditions
- Building a specialist reputation within your legal niche
- Growing and developing your own client portfolio

- £28,000 starting salary for graduates
- 30% take home on personal billings, you can bill £200k in year two and take home £60k, get to £300k and it's £100k which is just above average in the company.
