We are a London-based boutique recruitment firm specialising exclusively in the hedge fund sector. Using a blend of traditional and research-based recruitment, we partner with some of the most innovative and high-performing funds globally. We recruit across all business areas, including trading, risk, and technology.

We are now looking for an Associate Consultant to join our growing Investment team, which covers a wide range of mandates - from Portfolio Managers and Traders through to Quantitative Analysts and Quantitative Researchers.

The Role

As an Associate Consultant, you will:

  • Work on live mandates across multiple technology areas while developing your knowledge of financial markets and the recruitment process.
  • Initially, focus on candidate delivery in a 180° role — no business development required until you’re ready to progress into account management.
  • Build, manage, and nurture a strong candidate network across both London and the US.
  • Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong academic background - a STEM / Finance degree is preferred.
  • A genuine interest in the Finance and Investment sectors.
  • A strong work ethic
  • No prior sales or customer-facing experience required
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
