We’re a specialist executive search and recruitment business placing senior leaders across Banking, Financial Services, Payments and FinTech, on both a permanent and interim basis. Our clients range from Global Banks, Asset Managers, Payment Providers, Digital Assets, Scale-Ups and Challenger brands working at C-Suite, Board and Director level.
We are growing our Manchester office and looking to hire an experienced Associate Director (360) to join the Financial Services team.
The role
Lead and deliver senior-level permanent and interim searches from brief to offer, with a consultative, high-touch approach.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CROs, CTOs, CPOs, HR Directors and Board members.
- Win and grow new business through business development, market mapping and referrals.
- Act as a trusted market adviser on talent trends, compensation, org design and interim vs permanent strategy.
- UK wide and International client remit, no barriers.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the business, including sector focus, brand and market presence.

About you
- You will have a proven track record in executive / exclusive search or senior-level recruitment, ideally within Financial Services, Payments, FinTech or a closely related sector.
- Consistent billing history and a strong network at Director level and above.
- Experience of both retained and contingent models, with interim experience a real advantage.
- Credibility with senior stakeholders and a commercial, insight-led style.
- Driven, Resilient, ambitious and motivated by building something, not just hitting target.
- In-depth market intelligence and understanding of your markets.
