Associate Director – Mixed-Methods- Public & Social Sector

Strategy & Insight Consultancy

Central London (Hybrid, 2 office days)
£50,000 - £55,000 + strong benefits

If you are a Senior Research Manager or Associate Director with experience in public/social sector research gained in a research agency, looking for your next move to an exciting, growing strategy & insight consultancy then read on!

The team at this leading consultancy work on a huge variety of full-service ad-hoc and ongoing research projects, quantitative and qualitative, international & UK across an exciting range of sectors and policy areas including regulation, education, business & finance, energy & environment, citizen experience, transport, sport & leisure, and charity.

For this position, an imaginative and sharp-thinking mixed methods insight expert, with a track record in social/public sector research is sought to come on board and take a varied role, managing existing accounts, engaging key senior client stakeholders, developing client relationships, leading and mentoring juniors and delivering first-class insights.

Like your colleagues, you will be eager to work on innovative focused on the social/public sector, think outside the box and deliver consultancy as a trusted advisor to your clients. Creativity and strategic thinking will be at the heart of everything you do. The team pride themselves on their drive and passion but also on the support and collaboration they offer each other while thriving on enthusiasm, creativity, and ambition!

An energetic senior researcher is sought who is as at home with hands-on delivery as they are with client management. With strong research agency experience under your belt, to enjoy this prominent role you will be able to draw upon the full toolbox of quantitative and ideally qualitative research methods to offer clients high-quality, bespoke insights and consultancy.
