We are looking for a high-calibre commercial litigator, with a strong academic background, to join our busy, collegiate team and to take a lead role in high-profile cases.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a breadth of commercial litigation experience. Experience of work in employment litigation would be helpful, but not a prerequisite for this role. We are looking for someone who is a seasoned generalist and is not fazed in picking up roles and areas of law which are unfamiliar.

The successful candidate will work in a small team of associates and senior associates and will take the lead in managing a team, particularly a cohort of paralegals, in respect of the equal pay claims. There will be a considerable amount of autonomy and responsibility from the outset, not only in fee-earning work but through business development activities and promoting the firm.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
