Position Summary
As a Sales Executive, work as part of a dynamic sales team in partnership with Technical Trainers and Business Development Team to react to customer requirements and offer training solutions covering a whole portfolio of technical services.
Key Responsibilities And Duties

Inbound Enquiries Management
- Key account focused Inbound Enquiries Management
- Managing the marketing enquiries from Academy inbox
- Taking calls
- Generating quotes
- Maintaining CRM data accuracy
- Enquiry follow up and management

Client Database Management
- Client Database Utilisation
- Interrogating client details and contacting clients
- Utilising CRM (SPECTRE)
- Utilising CRM (Administrate)
- Utilising CRM (Octoplus)
- Utilising trade body databases
- Utilising public course attendee data
- Utilising social media (LinkedIn)
- Cold Calling
- Client Database Utilisation

Client management
- Performing client visits
- Performing the activities as designated on the academy client database
- Attending conferences
- Attending marketing events
- Collaborating with other sales representative, with focus towards specified sales individuals

Objective orientated working
- Delivery and accountable to set objectives; with key account focused objectives
- Timescales for management of new enquiries
- Timescales enquiries follow up stage 1
- Timescales enquiries follow up stage 2
- Timescale for quotation delivery

- Periodic reviews of feedback and implementation of associated improvements
- Upselling based on feedback
- Communicating feedback to relevant stakeholders
- Managing and monitoring feedback KPI's
Soft Skills
- Able to openly communicate with all relevant parties
- Perform the set objectives and tasks
- Monitoring performance to budgets
- Performing profitability calculations, analysing when expected profitability targets have not been met
Essential Criteria
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to set instructions for team & set deadlines
- Presenting internally & externally to Auditors, senior internal audiences
- Lead Digital platform use
- Coordinate workshops/others to write & critique instructions, procedures & standards
- Adhere to quality best practice and Quality performance indicators
- Manage escalated records
Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge of training course delivery and management application
- Adaptable to business needs
