What you'll be doing

  • Building and converting a high-value pipeline of applicants and vendors
  • Conducting viewings and creating demand across a broad portfolio of properties
  • Negotiating and closing deals at pace
  • Leveraging Foxtons' extensive London-wide stock to maximise transactions and earnings
  • Building long-term client relationships that drive repeat and referral business

We're looking for individuals who:

  • Have a proven track record in residential sales or lettings
  • Consistently deliver results and thrive in a competitive environment
  • Possess strong commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills
  • Are confident building relationships and converting opportunities into deals
  • Are motivated by high earnings, recognition and rapid career progression
  • Have the drive and resilience to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume market
  • Hold a full UK driving licence (valid for 6 months +)
