What you'll be doing
- Building and converting a high-value pipeline of applicants and vendors
- Conducting viewings and creating demand across a broad portfolio of properties
- Negotiating and closing deals at pace
- Leveraging Foxtons' extensive London-wide stock to maximise transactions and earnings
- Building long-term client relationships that drive repeat and referral business

We're looking for individuals who:
- Have a proven track record in residential sales or lettings
- Consistently deliver results and thrive in a competitive environment
- Possess strong commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills
- Are confident building relationships and converting opportunities into deals
- Are motivated by high earnings, recognition and rapid career progression
- Have the drive and resilience to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume market
- Hold a full UK driving licence (valid for 6 months +)
