As an Associate Media Planner (Operations), you’ll be at the heart of our digital media campaigns for major global clients — including top pharmaceutical and healthcare brands. You’ll get hands-on experience managing campaigns, analysing data, collaborating across teams, and learning how digital media brings ideas to life.
This isn’t just a job — it’s your launchpad into the world of digital media strategy and operations.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a dynamic global team that ensures campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. Expect to:
- Managing Operations and overseeing all media campaigns across the full lifecycle - from Media Plan development to delivery.
- Analyse data and track campaign performance to make optimisations that drive results.
- Collaborate with Media Client Services, Ad Ops, Inventory and other teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Learn how to navigate advertising platforms like Google Ad Manager, DCM, Salesforce, and more.
- Prepare delivery summaries and maintain campaign performance sheets.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance, helping keep projects on track.
- Build relationships across internal teams and ensure client requirements are actually communicated internally.

What We’re Looking For
We don’t expect you to know everything — just come ready to learn, grow, and contribute. Here’s what helps you shine:
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or Digital Marketing).
- Curiosity about digital media, advertising, and data-driven marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and a love of organization.
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets — and keen to develop data skills.
- A team player who’s proactive, positive, and eager to take initiative.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Logical thinker who enjoys solving problems and improving processes.
- Bonus points if you’ve had exposure to digital platforms like Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, or DV360 — but if not, we’ll teach you!
