Work Flexibility: Field-based

We are currently looking to identify top talent in the UK for an Associate Sales Representative position. This role would be ideal for a recent graduate, or someone looking to break into the industry.

We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector who is looking for a highly talented individual to join a supportive, ambitious and successful team! The successful candidate doesn’t necessarily need to already possess the knowledge or experience of this role, but most importantly you will need to possess the inner traits required to succeed. This is a great role in which to start your career in medical devices and we will support your learning, growth & development to eventually become a highly competent medical device salesperson. We have a great opportunity in the exciting and fast paced medical devices market with our Neurosurgical specialty. You will be responsible for maintaining existing business while at the same time identifying and developing new sales opportunities in Neuro and Spine. You will be working closely with an experienced sales team, helping to develop & foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders. You will take an active part in customer education in the field, supporting the sales team to achieve greater customer engagement and commercial success. You will actively pursue business opportunities to grow Stryker business in targeted accounts, and always display exemplary customer service and patient focus.

What you need

  • A degree ideally in a science or business-based subject is advantageous, or equivalent level experience
  • Some sales or business experience would be ideal but not essential

  • Ability to demonstrate your drive and desire to succeed and win

United Kingdom Pay Range:

£28,800 - £48,000 GBP Annual

At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step. Compensation is an important part of that process and we want to be clear about how pay is determined. The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.
