About the Role

This is a great opportunity to join our Digital Communications team, supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of customer communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Associate, you’ll play a hands-on role in building and delivering customer communications at scale, with a particular focus on email and automation. Alongside this, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising the platform, improving existing processes, and ensuring our communications are delivered efficiently and accurately.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in getting the detail right. You’ll balance day-to-day operational delivery with opportunities to contribute to larger projects and platform improvements, building your expertise over time.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Build, test and deploy customer communications, primarily email and SMS, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including supporting copy changes and BAU updates
  • Support and maintain marketing automations and customer journeys, ensuring they run efficiently and are optimised over time
  • Carry out platform audits, clean-up activity and housekeeping to improve performance, governance and reduce inefficiencies
  • Identify and improve legacy processes (e.g. naming conventions, outdated journeys and manual workflows)
  • Act as a point of contact for internal queries, supporting customer operations teams with investigations, checks and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with ECM, data and customer support teams to ensure communications are accurate and effectively delivered
  • Produce clear documentation, while contributing to campaign delivery, platform projects, migrations and onboarding initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
