Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
Salesforce Ventures helps founders build companies that reinvent the way the world works. Over more than 15 years, we've invested in and partnered with over 400 enterprise software companies from Series A to IPO, including Anthropic, Databricks, ElevenLabs, Snowflake, Stripe, Wiz and Zoom. We also have a dedicated $1B AI fund that actively invests in generational AI companies. We give our portfolio companies an edge by drawing on decades of cloud expertise and long-term relationships with decision-makers at thousands of businesses. Our team values collaboration and inclusivity, and we believe great founders can come from anywhere. Based in London, this Associate role joins our investment team to help manage deal execution and diligence and to source new investments, with the chance to make an impact on a fast-growing team.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Help lead all aspects of deal execution, including analysis of company operating performance, market diligence, competitive analysis and investment committee materials.
- Source new investment opportunities through cold outreach, AI tools, warm introductions, conferences and networking across Europe and the US.
- Build relationships with portfolio companies after investment by connecting them to the Salesforce Ventures network and advising on strategic initiatives like upcoming financing rounds or acquisitions.
- Monitor and research emerging trends and disruptive companies in enterprise software and generative AI, and develop investment themes.
- Build your network through relationships with venture capitalists, investment bankers and entrepreneurs to find new opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
