What you’ll do
Advise clients on a broad range of commercial disputes, acting for businesses, business owners, and individuals across a variety of sectors.
Manage a Diverse Caseload Including
- Contractual disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Debt recovery and enforcement matters
- Injunctive relief applications
- Commercial property-related disputes
- Business and commercial litigation matters
Take ownership of matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, maintaining excellent client service throughout.
- Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical, and commercially focused advice.
- Represent clients in mediations, settlement discussions, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm’s Corporate, Commercial Property, Employment, and Private Wealth teams to deliver joined-up advice.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, networking activities, and marketing opportunities to further strengthen the team’s profile in the market.

About You
You are an ambitious litigation lawyer (ideally 4 – 5 years post-qualification experience), looking for:
- A step up from your current firm, with greater responsibility and client exposure
- A high-quality and supportive environment where you can continue to develop your technical expertise and commercial understanding.
- A role where your contribution is recognized and where you can build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
You’ll Bring With You
- Experience advising on a broad range of commercial litigation matters.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing matters with an appropriate level of supervision.
- A practical, commercial, and solutions-focused approach to dispute resolution.
- Strong organizational and case management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence dealing directly with clients, counsel, experts, and other professionals.
- A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for contributing to the continued success of the team and wider firm.
- Business development skills and a desire to help grow client relationships and referral networks.
