Associate / Senior Associate – Litigation | Offshore Opportunities

Cayman Islands | Bermuda | British Virgin Islands
Commercial Litigation | Cross-Border Disputes | 3–8 PQE

Are you an ambitious litigation lawyer looking to take your career offshore? We're recruiting on behalf of leading offshore law firms across the Cayman Islands, Bermuda and the British Virgin Islands for talented Associate and Senior Associate lawyers to join their market-leading Litigation & Dispute Resolution teams.

These are exceptional opportunities to work on some of the most sophisticated and high-value cross-border disputes in the world. You'll advise international financial institutions, multinational corporations, investment funds, insolvency practitioners, trustees and high-net-worth individuals while working alongside some of the offshore market's most respected litigators.

The Role

You'll work closely with leading partners on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including:

  • Commercial and complex civil litigation
  • Shareholder and corporate disputes
  • Trust and private wealth litigation
  • Fraud, asset tracing and enforcement proceedings
  • Insolvency, restructuring and receiverships
  • Cross-border disputes involving international clients and financial institutions
  • Court appearances, interim applications and trial preparation

Depending on your level of experience, you'll manage your own caseload while supporting major multi-jurisdictional matters, working directly with clients and overseas counsel.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
