Associate / Senior Associate – Real Estate Finance – 4-8 PQE

The Role

You will be advising lenders and borrowers on real estate finance transactions across multiple sectors and jurisdictions. This includes:

  • Large investment-grade loans provided by domestic and international bank syndicates
  • Secured domestic and cross-border term and revolving facilities
  • Acquisition financings (including public-to-private takeovers)
  • Cashflow-based and structured lending facilities

What They’re Looking For

  • 4–8 years’ PQE gained within an international or leading domestic law firm
  • Solid experience managing finance transactions from start to finish
  • Strong technical skills across LMA-style loan and intercreditor documentation
  • Understanding of financial covenants, security packages, and relevant UK law
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team on multi-jurisdictional matters
  • Organised and adaptable, with confidence working in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to innovation and openness to legal technology developments
  • Commercial awareness and proactive approach to building client relationships
