Looking for a role where you can combine high-quality work with genuine career progression and the opportunity to make a tangible impact? I'm currently working with a well-established national law firm that is investing heavily in the growth of its Birmingham office and Social Housing practice.
As part of these growth plans, the firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join its expanding Real Estate team, advising a strong portfolio of Registered Providers, housing associations, and social housing organisations.

The Work
You'll advise Registered Providers and other social housing organisations on a broad range of commercial property matters, supporting acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and the management of large property portfolios.
The role offers a varied and rewarding caseload, working closely with clients on projects that not only present interesting legal challenges but also contribute to the delivery of much-needed housing and regeneration initiatives across the UK.

About You
I'm keen to speak with solicitors who:
- Have 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property or Real Estate
- Enjoy managing client relationships and providing commercially focused advice
- Are confident handling their own caseload
- Possess strong technical and communication skills
- Are interested in developing expertise within the social housing sector
- Want to join a team with genuine momentum and long-term opportunities
Previous social housing experience would be advantageous, but the firm is also keen to hear from strong commercial property lawyers looking to develop their expertise in this growing sector.
