Description
Are you ready to advise clients with confidence while playing a key role in governance matters?
You will provide high-quality, accurate advice to clients, managing matters from instruction through to resolution. You will advise social purpose organisations on legal structure, incorporations, governance reviews, and a wide range of associated work. Based in either our Birmingham or Manchester office, you will work within the Governance team, collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm on day-to-day work and wider projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Take client instructions and provide clear, pragmatic advice
- Draft and manage documentation and client files
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support supervision of paralegals and executives
- Contribute to cross-team projects and business development
