Family Solicitor | Associate to Salaried Partner | Sussex
Are you a Family Solicitor looking for a genuine route to Partnership, with a firm that's serious about investing in its people?
Gerrard White is working with a well-regarded and ambitious law firm in Sussex, on an exciting growth journey, who are looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their busy, highly regarded department.
Depending on experience, this role could be at Associate, Senior Associate or Salaried Partner level, with a clearly defined path to Partnership for the right person.

You'll manage a varied caseload, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Business and trust assets
- Child arrangements
- Nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation disputes
- Other complex family matters
This is a firm investing significantly in its people, technology and working practices, including AI and process improvement, so it would suit someone who enjoys forward-thinking ways of working as much as their day-to-day casework.
What's on offer:
- Salary in the region of £70k-£90k, depending on experience, with some flexibility for the right person
- A genuine, clearly defined route to Partnership

- 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday
