Employment Associate (2–4 PQE)
My client is looking for an ambitious Employment associate with 2-4 years’ PQE to join the London team.
This is your chance to work on complex, high-profile Employment matters which shape businesses and careers. From high-value Employment Tribunal claims and sensitive workplace investigations, to executive exits, major corporate transactions and cross-border workforce challenges, you will play a central role in advising clients on the issues which matter most.
You will work directly with senior decision-makers, take ownership of significant matters and deliver commercially-focussed advice in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. With meaningful responsibility from day one, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise, to strengthen client relationships and to build a career with real momentum.

What you will be doing

- Lead complex disputes: Manage Employment Tribunal claims from strategy through to resolution, with opportunities for advocacy at preliminary hearings where appropriate.
- Advise business leaders: Support HR Directors, General Counsel, Managing Directors, and senior executives on employee relations, workplace risk, and critical people decisions.
- Drive strategic negotiations: Advise on executive appointments and departures, restrictive covenants, team moves, and business protection.
- Support major transactions: Handle employment aspects of domestic and cross-border corporate deals, helping clients navigate risk and achieve their commercial objectives.
- Build lasting client relationships: Deliver practical, commercially minded solutions while contributing to the growth of the firm’s client relationships and opportunities.
