The firm acts for developers, investors, landlords, tenants, lenders, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses.

You will work closely with Partners whilst developing responsibility for your own matters and client relationships.

Caseload will include dealing with:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises.
• Agreements for lease, leases and lease renewals.
• Lease assignments.
• Portfolio management.
• Bank lending and refinancing.
• Assisting with property elements of corporate transactions.

Must haves:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently on own caseload.
• (For recently qualified solicitors) significant commercial property experience during their training contract.

Desirable (but not essential):

• Residential property experience.
• Residential lease extensions.
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Leasehold enfranchisement.
