Associate Solicitor - Corporate - 1-3 PQE - London
Hunter Savage is hiring on behalf of a leading international law firm to appoint an Associate to its London corporate transactional practice. This is an opportunity to join an established team advising global, national and emerging businesses on significant domestic and cross-border transactions.
The role offers exposure to high-quality mandates for blue-chip clients, spanning public and private M&A, private equity, venture capital and equity capital markets, alongside corporate advisory work.
The Opportunity
This Associate position covers a broad range of corporate transactions and advisory work. You will support global, national and emerging companies on significant matters, working with colleagues across the practice and drawing on international teams where transactions have cross-border elements.

Practice Focus
The team handles public and private M&A, private equity, venture capital, equity capital markets, corporate recovery, restructurings, joint ventures and strategic projects. The role offers scope to develop experience across the transaction lifecycle, from strategic planning and due diligence through to post-closing integration.

Applicants should have 1 to 3 years' PQE, a good knowledge of corporate transactional work and a strong academic record, including a degree or equivalent. Strong drafting, research and project management skills are important, as are commercial awareness, sound judgement, initiative and a commitment to client service; the successful candidate will also contribute to client relationships, business development and the development of junior colleagues.
