Real Estate Finance Associate (2+ PQE) London

My client's London Real Estate Finance team is looking to recruit a talented 2+ PQE Associate to advise on a broad range of high-profile domestic and international real estate finance transactions.

Working with leading banks, alternative lenders, debt funds, investors and borrowers, you will gain exposure to complex financings across the office, logistics, retail, student accommodation, hospitality, life sciences and living sectors.

The Role

You will advise on:

  • Investment and development finance transactions
  • Acquisition financings
  • Refinancing and restructuring matters
  • Senior, mezzanine and whole-loan facilities
  • Loan-on-loan and fund financing structures
  • Cross-border real estate finance transactions

The team is known for handling sophisticated and often market-leading deals, offering associates significant client exposure and responsibility from an early stage.

About You

  • England & Wales qualified lawyer with 2+ years' PQE
  • Experience in real estate finance gained at a recognised City, national or international law firm
  • Strong drafting, transactional and project management skills
  • Commercially minded with excellent client-facing abilities.
