Job Opportunity

The role involves a broad range of litigation, advisory and regulatory enforcement work, which is central to achieving the organisation's ambitions. Responsibilities include managing equality and human rights litigation, progressing enforcement action, providing authoritative legal advice to internal stakeholders, supporting the work of multidisciplinary teams, drafting technical guidance, and engaging with external stakeholders on equality, human rights and relevant areas of domestic law.

The work is varied and demanding, requiring the effective management of competing priorities and resources. It offers a rewarding challenge for someone who enjoys working within a collaborative, supportive and professional team and is motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to both the organisation and the wider regulatory environment.

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the role in line with the organisation's core values of fairness, dignity and respect, while demonstrating flexibility, accountability, initiative and sound professional judgement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
