Associate Solicitor – Real Estate | Cambridge | NQ – 2 Years PQE

Salary: £57,500 - £65,000

Location: Cambridge

Firm: Top 50 UK Law Firm

Experience: NQ – 2 Years PQE

Work Options: Hybrid/Flexible

Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified to 2 Years PQE Real Estate Solicitor to join the Tier 1 ranked Real Estate team in Cambridge at a leading Top 50 UK law firm.

This is an outstanding opportunity to build your career within one of the region's most highly regarded commercial property teams, working alongside recognised leaders in the market on a broad range of high-quality investment and asset management matters. You'll gain exposure to complex, high-value transactions while receiving excellent supervision, training and long-term career development.

The Role

You will work as part of a nationally recognised Real Estate team, advising an impressive client base on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including:

  • Property investment acquisitions and disposals for buyers and sellers.
  • Landlord and tenant matters, including the grant of new business leases.
  • Real estate due diligence supporting finance and corporate transactions.
  • Asset management work including:
    • Lease renewals
    • Surrenders
    • Easements
    • Asset management licences
  • Working across a range of sectors including office, retail, science & technology, mixed-use developments, hotels and leisure.

This role offers the opportunity to develop strong, long-term client relationships while working on high-profile and complex real estate transactions.

About You

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors who are:

  • Newly Qualified up to 2 Years PQE.
  • Experienced in commercial property gained within a regional, national or City practice.
  • Technically strong with a genuine interest in developing their real estate expertise.
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail and matter management skills.
  • Commercially aware with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Keen to embrace legal technology and innovative ways of delivering legal services.
