An established and growing law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with residential conveyancing experience to manage a varied caseload of property transactions while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
- Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
- Advise clients on a range of transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity matters.
- Draft and review legal documentation, undertake due diligence, and provide clear, practical advice to clients.
- Liaise with lenders, estate agents, surveyors, and other professional contacts to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of client service, compliance, and file management.
- Contribute to the ongoing success and development of the wider property team.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
- Confident managing files independently while recognising when support or escalation is required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded, organised, and client-focused.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
