🏡 Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner
📍 Rotherham | 💼 Full-Time, Permanent | 💰 £35,000–£45,000

An established and well-respected law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner to join its friendly and supportive Property team in Rotherham.
This is a great opportunity for a confident conveyancing professional to manage their own caseload within a collaborative firm that places a strong emphasis on client care, quality and professional development.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with SRA, lender and internal requirements
  • Providing clear communication and proactive case management throughout

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX Lawyer, or strong experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner
  • Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong knowledge of residential property law and procedures
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • A strong commitment to client care
  • A proactive, professional and team-focused approach
