🏡 Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner
📍 Rotherham | 💼 Full-Time, Permanent | 💰 £35,000–£45,000
An established and well-respected law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner to join its friendly and supportive Property team in Rotherham.
This is a great opportunity for a confident conveyancing professional to manage their own caseload within a collaborative firm that places a strong emphasis on client care, quality and professional development.
The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
- Ensuring compliance with SRA, lender and internal requirements
- Providing clear communication and proactive case management throughout

About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX Lawyer, or strong experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of residential property law and procedures
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A strong commitment to client care
- A proactive, professional and team-focused approach
