About Invoka Consulting
Invoka Consulting partners with clients across industries and around the world to design, implement, and optimise innovative SaaS and AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact. We are a growing consultancy where people take on real client responsibility early. We are expanding our delivery team with an Associate Solutions Consultant who will work alongside experienced Consultants on live client engagements and build the technical and advisory skills to grow with us.
The Role: Associate Solutions Consultant
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Associate Solutions Consultant to join our team. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and design innovative solutions that leverage CWM, BI and CRM technologies. The successful candidate will be key in supporting project implementations, providing technical expertise, and ensuring a seamless integration of solutions into client environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify their requirements and craft tailored solutions that address their business needs.
- Support the Consulting team in delivering projects and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Develop and implement customised CWM, BI and CRM solutions to enhance client workflows, data management, and collaboration.
- Assist in creating detailed project documentation, including design specifications and deployment plans.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for CWM, BI and CRM adoption to maximise customer success.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and additional consulting engagements by maintaining strong client relationships.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders to showcase solutions and their benefits.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-implementation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and software innovations in the CWM and CRM space.

Experience & Skills
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in consulting, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Native or fluent English Language
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of CWM, CRM, analytics, or process automation tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential and the ability to take initiative.
- Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Willing to travel periodically (10-20%) based on customer and business needs.
- Legally authorised to live and work in the UK.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with leading CWM, BI or CRM platforms (e.g. Smartsheet, Salesforce, Tableau, HubSpot, Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Any platform certifications, or a demonstrable interest in gaining them.
- Exposure to AI tools in a working context.
- Foreign language skills.
