Associate Structural Engineer | Birmingham | Hybrid
A leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is looking for an Associate Structural Engineer to help lead and grow its Birmingham Structures team.
You'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, residential, mixed-use, education, and healthcare sectors, delivering innovative structural solutions from concept through to completion.

- Lead technically challenging building structures projects
- Build and strengthen client relationships
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Contribute to business growth and team leadership
- Work within a collaborative, forward-thinking consultancy
What they're looking for:
- Chartered Engineer (IStructE/ICE) or nearing Chartership
- Strong structural consultancy background
- Experience delivering building structures projects across multiple sectors
- Excellent leadership, technical, and client-facing skills
