We're looking for an experienced MRICS Surveyor to join our growing Infrastructure team in Nottingham. Working across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects, you'll provide strategic property advice, lead complex negotiations and support landowners, occupiers and clients affected by major infrastructure schemes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded surveyor who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll work on high-profile projects with national significance, build trusted client relationships and play an important role in the continued growth and success of our Infrastructure business.
As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you'll have the opportunity to further develop your expertise, take ownership of client relationships and help mentor the next generation of surveyors within the business.
What you'll be doing
- Providing valuation advice relating to land and property interests across a range of infrastructure projects.
- Leading negotiations on compensation and compulsory purchase matters on behalf of landowners and clients.
- Delivering strategic and practical property advice to support the successful delivery of major infrastructure schemes.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow existing and new business.
- Supporting business development activities and raising the profile of the team across the local market.
- Managing and supporting surveyors within the team, helping to drive performance and deliver excellent client service.
- Mentoring and developing junior colleagues, supporting their professional growth and progression.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of team processes, systems and ways of working.

What we're looking for
We're keen to hear from experienced MRICS Surveyors and Registered Valuers with a strong background in either the commercial or rural property sectors.
Ideally, you'll have experience of compulsory purchase and compensation matters, together with the confidence to advise on complex property issues and negotiate successful outcomes for clients. You'll be commercially aware, proactive in identifying opportunities and passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

A full UK driving licence is required.
