The Role in Two Bullet Points
- Help keep MPLC's global technology estate running smoothly by providing system support, user administration and access management across the business.
- Build the skills, knowledge and experience needed to progress through our Systems Analyst career pathway, with opportunities to develop into a Systems Analyst role.
We're looking for an Associate Systems Analyst to join our IT Operations team and help support colleagues across more than 40 countries.

Reporting to the VP of IT Operations, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of our technology estate, which includes Salesforce, Microsoft 365, finance systems and a range of business applications. You'll manage support tickets, user access requests, joiner, mover and leaver processes, asset records and a variety of administrative tasks that help keep the business running.
You'll work closely with the Systems Analyst, following established processes and learning how our systems fit together. Over time, you'll build the knowledge and confidence to take on greater responsibility and develop your technical and analytical skills.
This is the first step in our Systems Analyst career pathway. It's designed for someone who enjoys solving problems, likes understanding how systems work and wants to grow their career in technology.

- This is a hands-on support role and a large part of your day will involve helping colleagues, managing requests and keeping records up to date.
- Accuracy matters. Access permissions, user accounts and asset records need to be right every time.
- Some of the work can be repetitive, but we're looking for someone who'll spot opportunities to improve and automate where possible.
- You'll be expected to follow documented processes and procedures while building your knowledge and experience.
- This isn't a role where you'll immediately be designing new systems. It's a chance to learn the estate, build credibility and develop into the next step in your career.
Salary band: £27,000–£36,000 depending on experience.
Remote Working with occasional travel.
25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
