Role Summary

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, tech-forward Talent Operations Associate to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. As our Talent Operations Associate in London, you will bridge the gap between ensuring our recruiters, and interviewer community are able to find the best talent, through cutting-edge Talent Operations.

We are seeking a proactive AI and automation expert to transform our hiring operations. In this role, you will leverage emerging tools to streamline scheduling, resolve logistics challenges, and build data-driven dashboards. If you thrive on solving complex problems, engaging consultatively with senior stakeholders, and redefining talent operations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • TA Ops projects: manage process improvement projects to move the business forward as needed.
  • AI, automation & workflow optimisation: use AI tools and automation to remove manual bottlenecks, hunt for friction points in daily operations, and redesign workflows toward an admin-zero environment.
  • Ashby / ATS ownership: own and configure Ashby within agreed standards and controls, testing new features and AI integrations to improve pipeline velocity.
  • Contract configuration: configure the contracts for your region and update them as Legal and the People team make changes in Ashby, and build addendums (e.g. start date) that can live in Ashby.
  • Support the recruiters in your region with Ashby and workflow optimisation: optimise interview plans, set up automations, make sure comms are correct, and unblock recruiter issues as they arise.
  • Stakeholder management & interviewer enablement: partner with departments on interviewer training requests and shadowing programmes, train up new bar raisers, and use performance data to analyse interviewer effectiveness and improve training across the interviewer community.
  • Vendor support: partner with key vendors such as HireRight and Cappfinity, managing the day-to-day relationship and helping move the partnership forward.
  • Process documentation: write SOPs and policies for TA and keep the knowledge base up to date as things move forward.
  • Data requests & reporting: handle regional and departmental data requests, and produce reports and dashboards that make your area better.
  • Data quality: perform regular data-quality checks to keep reporting accurate and reliable.
  • Support the coordinators in your region: act as the local operational support and escalation point for the coordinators in your hub.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
