Job Purpose
This role is responsible for performing on-site diagnostic, servicing, routine maintenance, and repair services using mobile workshop tools. This position contributes to customer satisfaction by helping ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently, safely, and in alignment with CEER’s standards.
Job Role
- Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify, analyze, and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues repairs on various vehicle systems, including high-voltage and low-voltage components using industry-standard diagnostic tools and software.
- Provide on-site diagnostic and repair services at customer locations using mobile workshop equipment, ensuring timely and efficient resolution in line with service standards.
- Maintain mobile van inventory, tools, and equipment readiness, ensuring proper stock control, documentation, and compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Execute mechanical repairs, including brake system maintenance, suspension adjustments, tire services, and drivetrain repairs, to support optimal vehicle performance.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as brake, tire, and suspension servicing, as well as warranty-related repairs.
- Utilize diagnostic tools & software to operate specialized diagnostic equipment and computer-based systems to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with service advisors to explain diagnostic results, recommend repairs, and provide accurate time estimates.
- Efficiently and accurately complete servicing and repair tasks, including documenting work performed, parts used, and labor time.
- Perform quality control inspections on completed repairs to verify the accuracy and functionality of work performed.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude, addressing customer concerns and providing excellent service.
- Collaborate closely with the Parts Department to ensure timely ordering, tracking, and availability of all required components.
- Stay updated with the latest technical information, service bulletins, and equipment manufacturer guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient servicing and repairs.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in problem-solving initiatives.
- Ensure safety & compliance by following all safety protocols, including PPE usage, and complying with company, environmental, and health regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.

Education
- Saudi: Technical High School or High School
- Expat: Technical Diploma in Automotive Service Technology or Auto Electrical Technology from a recognized college or technical school.
Experience
- Saudi: 0-2 Years in automotive diagnostics, servicing, and repairs or any relevant field.
- Expat: Minimum 6 Years of hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics, servicing, and repairs is required.
