Are you an experienced Town Planner ready to step into a leadership role where your ideas are valued and your progression has no limits?

A highly respected independent planning consultancy is looking for an Associate Director to Director to join its growing Peterborough team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead high-quality residential projects, build lasting client relationships and play a key role in the future growth of a successful, ambitious business.

The Role

  • Lead planning applications, appeals and strategic planning projects.
  • Advise developers, landowners and private sector clients.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships.
  • Mentor junior planners and support team growth.
  • Contribute to business development in a collaborative, supportive environment.

About You

  • MRTPI Chartered Planner.
  • Strong consultancy, client-side or local authority experience.
  • Residential planning expertise with excellent project management skills.
  • Commercially aware, confident and relationship-focused.
  • Passionate about mentoring and helping grow a successful team.
