Associate or Associate Director level Town Planner, passionate about the industrial & logistics, data centre and / or retail sectors?

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading on the planning application process of major projects.
- Managing clients and key project stakeholders throughout the planning application process.
- Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
- Preparing planning applications and documents.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years professional town planning experience
- Experience managing the planning application process of major projects.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
- Confidence in a client facing role.
- Chartered Member of RPTI
