Role: Associate Trainer
Location: Scotland - Flexible / Remote and In-person options.
Contract Type: Freelance / Casual Contract
Hours: Flexible, based on training schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions on CV writing, interview skills, job search strategies, and workplace mindset.
- Facilitate workshops on growth mindset, money management, and personal development.
- Support participants to build confidence and practical skills for employment.
- Adapt training to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with limited experience.
- Provide feedback and progress reports to training coordinators.

Requirements:
- Full driving licence, with access to a vehicle.
- Experience in delivering employability or skills development training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners with varied backgrounds.
- Understanding of UK job market challenges and opportunities.
- Reliable access to digital platforms for remote training (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Desirable:
- Background in coaching, education, or social work.
- Construction training experience.
- Warehouse training experience.
- Strong organisational skills to manage freelance schedules.
- Customer Service training experience.
