Role Description
As an Associate Trainer on a contract basis, you will support the design and delivery of learning programs for clients in the London Area, United Kingdom, in a hybrid working arrangement with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day, you will:

- Facilitate training sessions (virtual and in-person)
- Guide learners through our core Beacon product workshops
- Collaborate with senior consultants to refine training materials, create learner-focused documentation, and adapt content to different sectors and audiences
- Gather feedback from participants
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training approaches
- Support change management activities related to new learning technologies and AI-enabled tools

The role involves close coordination with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure training outcomes align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Training and facilitation skills, including experience delivering workshops, webinars, and hands-on sessions to diverse learner groups.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and LMS platforms, with the ability to guide users through key features and troubleshoot common issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear explanation of concepts and effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to plan and organize training activities, manage schedules, and maintain accurate training documentation and learner records.
- Comfort working with data and feedback to assess learner progress and contribute to refining training content and methods.
- Knowledge of change management principles and an interest in supporting technology adoption and culture change in organizations.
- Awareness of AI-enhanced education or a willingness to learn about human-centered, ethical uses of AI in learning design.
- Relevant experience in education, L&D, or consulting; a degree or professional qualification in education, learning design, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in the London Area, United Kingdom, with self-motivation and reliability when working remotely.
