As a Project Management Institute (PMI) Authorised Training Partner and a Green Project Management (GPM®) ATP, NPROJECT provides official PMI-approved courses such as PMP and CAPM, along with GPM sustainability programs including CSPP and CSPP. The company designs Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid solutions supported by robust governance and data-driven business analysis. NProject is growing, and we’re looking for passionate, certified Project Management Trainers to join us on an associate contractor basis. To support our expanding course calendar, we are opening doors for associate instructors to deliver high-impact PMP®, PMI-ACP®, PMI- CPMAI or CSPP® cohorts.
What We Are Looking For
- PMI Instructor Credentials: Certified PMP® and/or PMI-ACP® or PMI- CPMAI with an active PMI ATP Instructor badge (or willingness to complete ATP instructor badging).
- Sustainability Focus: GPM® (GPM-b / CSPP®) certified trainer, or strong background in sustainable project delivery (P5 Standard / PRISM framework / ESG).
- Proven Facilitation Skills: Experience delivering engaging, student-focused Waterfall, Agile, or Sustainability bootcamps (virtual & in person).
- Reliability & Alignment: High professionalism, commitment to feedback scores, trustworthiness, working in a timely manner and passion for empowering project professionals.

What We Offer & How We Work (Transparent Partner Model)
We believe in complete transparency about compensation and career growth. Rather than a one-off gig, we want to build a long-term partnership with trainers who grow as NProject grows.
- Turnkey Materials: As a partner, we provide all official PMI & GPM licensed courseware and prep tools.
- Starting Day Rate: £300 per day (outside IR35 if you have a UK based company or freelancer contractor in the UK, rate per virtual course delivery day).
Guaranteed Performance Increases
- 6-Month Review: A 20% rate increase (to £360/day) based on consistently strong cohort feedback (NPS) and reliable delivery.
- Annual Performance Progression: Upon completion of 6 month review stage, tiered rate increases reviewed annually based on student pass rates, cohort reviews, and engagement.
Flexible Engagement
- Remote delivery options. For in-person training courses, your expenses will be covered and your day rate will be decided based on in person training enquiry.
Qualifications
- Strong project management knowledge, preferably including PMI frameworks (PMP® / PMI-ACP® / PMI-CPMAI®) and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches
- Understanding of sustainability in project management, including GPM® principles and interest in applying ESG and sustainable practices to project work
- Experience in training, coaching, or facilitation, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, manage diverse participant groups, and adapt teaching style to various learning needs
- Comfort with technology and AI-driven tools, including using digital collaboration platforms, learning management systems, and data or risk analytics tools during and after training delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and spoken English, strong presentation skills, and a professional, inclusive virtual and classroom (whenever applicable) presence
- Relevant academic background in business, IT, project management, or a related field; active professional certifications such as PMP®, PMI-ACP®, PMI-CPMAI®, or GPM® credentials are mandatory
- Ability to work remote in London or anywhere in England, manage multiple training engagements, maintain accurate records, and collaborate effectively with consulting and operations teams
