Lloyd's Associate, Underwriting Room & Property Manager

Lloyd’s are recruiting for an Associate, Underwriting Room & Property Manager to join our team in London. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the iconic Lloyd's Underwriting Room while supporting property governance, stakeholder engagement, space management and workplace projects across our portfolio.
You'll be trusted to manage important records, coordinate processes, support financial administration and provide valuable insight that helps inform business decisions. Your work will underpin the smooth running of one of the most recognised trading environments in the insurance industry.
Corporate Real Estate plays a vital role in making that happen. We create and manage workplace environments that support our people, market participants and visitors, ensuring Lloyd's continues to operate as a modern, efficient and globally respected marketplace.
What you'll be doing
You'll help ensure our underwriting and workplace environments operate efficiently by:
- Managing underwriting box occupancy data, space allocation records and governance documentation.
- Maintaining lease, licence and property records, ensuring information is accurate, complete and audit-ready.
- Coordinating licence administration for the Underwriting Room and Innovation Lab, tracking approvals and maintaining documentation.
- Supporting rental invoicing, recharge schedules and financial administration across tenanted offices.
- Coordinating meetings, consultations and stakeholder engagement activities, tracking actions and outcomes.
- Producing reports, presentations and management information to support planning and decision-making.
- Responding to stakeholder queries relating to occupancy data, licences, underwriting boxes and market information.
- Supporting compliance activities, including record management, reporting and governance processes.
- Coordinating archive requests and maintaining associated records and trackers.
- Assisting with Service Partner performance administration, KPI tracking and communication activities.

What you'll bring
We're interested in people who are organised, detail-focused and enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in property, workplace, facilities management, project coordination or a similar operational environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.
- Experience working with databases, trackers or governance documentation.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- The ability to analyse information and present it clearly and accurately.
- Good judgement when handling confidential information and escalating issues where appropriate.
