Our client, one of the most recognised names in global real estate, is looking to appoint an Associate to their high performing Wapping office.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing the full lettings process from instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords & tenants
- Generating new business through both proactive and referral-led activity
- Consistently achieving and exceeding personal revenue targets
You will have:
- 3+ years' lettings experience with a proven fee performance record
- Strong knowledge of Central and/or City London postcodes
- A professional, polished approach to client and applicant management
- The confidence and capability to operate independently while contributing to a high-performing team
- A full understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements

This role will be paying up to £34,000 Basic Salary + Car Allowance + Tiered Commission structure.
